About Philip J Hoskins
Experienced California attorney:
I have served the community in the practice of law for over 30 years. In that time I have worked for the U.S. Department of Justice, managed the largest multiple-office law firm in California and handled delicate and difficult legal matters for thousands of clients. I have taught law school and other attorneys, written books and lead workshops on many topics. The law is a love affair for me. It is a sacred trust between the client and attorney that I respect and am committed to uphold.
My philosophy is that an attorney should serve his client and the community. I believe that the best solution is one agreed to by the parties themselves. It is, however, sometimes necessary to aggressively litigate a matter that cannot be solved by fair minded negotiations. It is important that your attorney be able to effectively deal with both approaches.
You are entitled to work with an attorney you trust. I offer a free introductory consultation so you can make that decision for yourself.
